How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your ABAY Labs account and all associated data by contacting us via email. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, phone number)
- Call history and usage data
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Any saved contacts or preferences
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:
- Payment records (retained for up to 7 years for tax/legal compliance)
- Fraud prevention logs (retained for up to 90 days)
Processing Time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been deleted.
